Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), forklifts, and pallet jacks as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to management immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Shift Adaptability: Work efficiently during the night shift to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
