Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily logistics and fulfillment tasks with precision and speed during night shifts.
- Customer Support: Assist internal and external customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and basic computer literacy.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and attendance is essential.
