Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight using various equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock organization.
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for the next morning's delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners with certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not required).
