Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify shipment contents against work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
