Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming orders and inventory logs with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members during night operations.
- Conduct routine safety checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments using standard equipment.
- Handle data entry and reporting duties as required by the night supervisor.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
