Responsibilities
- Execute order picking and packing operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly and prepared for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
