Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows during the night shift to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors and clients arriving late.
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
- Monitor security systems and access points to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of daily reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
