Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Load and unload trailers safely, adhering to weight and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends without exception.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
