Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming orders and invoices with 99% accuracy.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments during peak hours.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding order status and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or warehousing is a plus but not required.
