Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend evening and overnight shifts
- Manage venue operations including cash handling, inventory checks, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with security teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance during off-peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professional courtesy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness across all operational areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat nights, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid CA Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service compliance
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
