Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and materials with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in quality control procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily operations and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
