Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during night hours to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing inventory with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone and email with a focus on service excellence.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
