Responsibilities
- Oversee Weekend Operations: Manage daily workflows and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Data Management: Input sales data and operational reports into the company management system with high accuracy.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with floor staff and supervisors to maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
