Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates on weekend schedules.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all support interactions and technical resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
