Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Ensure data security and perform regular system backups on weekends.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Train staff on new software applications and IT policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
