Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal staff via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and respond to IT service tickets within established SLA timelines.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch updates, and backups on weekends.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the on-site IT team to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
