Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT service tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and security best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
