Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues during weekend and evening hours.

- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
