Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their equipment and accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during the week to ensure continuity of support.
- Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
