Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to weekend alerts.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection for remote troubleshooting support.
