Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, concierge support, and local recommendations
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure impeccable property standards
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
