- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous property presentation
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
