Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Process payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shift.
- Assist with food preparation and service according to safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
