Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend shifts
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and maintenance
- Support event operations and recreational activities on weekends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Uphold strict safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program (students encouraged to apply)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid US work authorization
