Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend hours
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, evenings preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
