Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with venue setup, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure premium standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Support inventory management and basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas location
