Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend shifts, exceeding expectations in all interactions
- Manage reservation systems, seating arrangements, and table turnover with precision
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations during high-volume periods
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas and service stations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service role
- Availability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules (Friday-Sunday)
