Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services during weekend functions
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for shift activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age (required)
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
