Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in front-of-house and event settings
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with venue teams
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
