Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including poolside, dining, and concierge services
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using resort management systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend weddings and corporate gatherings
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in public areas and guest facilities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience a plus
