Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences across front desk and concierge services

- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation systems
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure compliance with health protocols
- Assist with local recommendations and event coordination
- Contribute to weekend inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Proficiency with reservation management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
