Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service at venue entrances, concessions, and VIP areas
- Manage ticket scanning and access control with precision
- Assist with crowd management and safety protocols during events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and food/beverage sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6PM-2AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving required)
- Flexible availability during peak event seasons
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
