Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during weekend operations
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine venue standards through regular cleaning and organization
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
