Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend peak hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Uphold resort cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in weekend staff briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Proficient with basic computer systems and POS software
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving guest shuttles)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
