Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations and address guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas to ensure premium presentation
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest experiences as needed
- Update guest preference profiles for personalized future stays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Georgia driver's license if required for errands
