Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences across front-of-house operations
- Manage weekend reservation systems and optimize seating capacity
- Coordinate with culinary team for seamless service during peak hours
- Handle payment processing and POS transactions accurately
- Train weekend staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun shifts, 4-8 hour blocks)
- Proficiency in reservation management systems (OpenTable, Resy)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of Boston's dining/entertainment scene preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's License
