Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage weekend reservation inquiries and optimize room allocations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest preparations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using local knowledge of Philadelphia attractions
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial transaction records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
