Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests upon arrival.
- Event Operations: Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Relations: Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the venue to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
- Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus but not required.
