Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at check-in stations
- Assist with VIP hospitality and guest services throughout events
- Execute crowd control protocols for safe event operations
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with AV equipment
- Maintain professional brand representation at all times
- Complete post-event cleanup and inventory reporting
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather
- Quick problem-solving and adaptability under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination required
