Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, information assistance, and crowd management
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain brand standards and represent Coastal Event Solutions professionally
- Report operational issues to event coordinators in real-time
- Assist with vendor coordination and equipment management
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various environments
