Full training provided with opportunities for advancement into lead roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend festivals, concerts, and community events
- Manage ticket scanning, access control, and crowd flow at entry points
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/teardown activities
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Represent Vibrant Experiences with professional demeanor and brand enthusiasm
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-shift
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible daytime/evening hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Basic first/CPR certification (training available if needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
