Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket sales
- Ensure venue safety compliance and emergency protocol adherence
- Assist with setup/teardown of event equipment and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with security and operations teams for seamless execution
- Conduct post-event inventory reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for venue transport if needed)
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
