Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification
- Operate mobile point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Report operational issues to event managers
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to venues
- 21+ for alcohol-serving events
- Positive attitude under pressure
