Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at entry points
- Assist with venue setup, including seating and signage placement
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with vendors and support team coordination
- Execute emergency protocols when necessary
- Post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- 18+ years old (alcohol events require TABC certification)
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Team-oriented with positive attitude
