- Train and manage 5-10 part-time staff per shift
- Execute event setup/teardown procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues

- Collaborate with marketing teams on social media coverage
- Maintain safety protocols for 500+ attendee events
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with weekend availability
- Prior event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours in outdoor conditions
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Valid Florida driver's license
