- Manage guest check-in and credential verification
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event materials
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless execution
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass basic background check
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Professional demeanor under pressure
