Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at high-profile NYC events
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor venue security protocols and crowd flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with setup/teardown and equipment management
- Report operational insights to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-10pm
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid NY State ID and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
