Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Collaborate with team leads during peak traffic periods
- Maintain accurate attendance and inventory records
- Represent brand values through professional appearance
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6-10 hour shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
