Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration systems using tablets
- Execute event setups including tents, signage, and activity stations
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (sound, lighting, displays)
- Collect and report attendee feedback for post-event analysis
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphone/tablet navigation)
- Reliable transportation to various city locations
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check (required for city events)
- 18+ years old (event venue requirement)
