Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support
- Coordinate vendor operations and supply logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-11PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Austin landmarks and venues
- Must pass background check and drug screening
